The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) was engaged by the proprietor of Springetts Arcade, a landmark commercial building in Bowral in the NSW Southern Highlands, to install transparent roller shutters during a recent upgrade.

Considered an institution in Bowral, Springetts Arcade, which opened in 1972, continues to be in the hands of the original owners, the Springett family. The current proprietor, Mark Springett engaged ATDC to design, supply and install their market-leading transparent roller shutters to all tenancies throughout the ground floor of the building.

Attractive and elegant in design, these roller shutters are capable of spanning an opening of 5.5m wide x 4m high. Being transparent, the shutters allow shoppers and passersby full view of the merchandise on display in the retail tenancies when these stores are closed for business.

ATDC’s roller shutters also add a warm and cosmopolitan vibe to the entire property.
