Aluminium composite panels from Symonite Australia were specified for the façade of the James Cook Educational Facility, with the panels supplied in an anodised finish.

Designed by Wilson Architects, James Cook Educational Facility features 5mm Symonite HD anodised panels (sapphire anodising) in Matt Sublime m6895 and Matt Selvatica m667 on the facade.

The decorative panels have been fixed using Smartfix profiles 11, 12, 17 and 18.

Symonite HD aluminium composite panels feature a heavy duty fibre reinforced phenolic core finished with a decorative coloured aluminium surface on one side or both. The phenolic core offers excellent impact resistance and wind load performance.
