For projects requiring the incorporation of chunky decorative beams for ceilings and walls, Supawood Architectural Lining Systems has introduced the perfect solution with Supaslat Maxi light-weight decorative timber beams.

Australian made, Supaslat Maxi beams are 50mm wide slats available in standard depths of 100, 200 or 300mm and weigh less than 2kg lineal meter for a 200mm deep beam. The beams are light and simple to butt-join on site to achieve longer lengths making installation straightforward, quick and economical. Supaslat Maxi decorative timber beams will not warp or twist as is experienced with solid timber but are extremely durable and easy to clean.

Also available is Supacolour highly durable solid painted finish in any Australian paint selector range colour, 25 metallic colours and pearlescent pastel finishes. All these finishes are available in a range of gloss levels.

Supawood have again considered the environment when developing this product as Supaslat Maxi’s honeycomb core (over 80% of the panel thickness) is made from 100% post consumer recycled paper waste.
