Stoddart Australia installed a bus shelter and safety barrier combination as part of a major upgrade of a key bus interchange in the suburb of Moorabbin, Victoria.

Stoddart designed, fabricated and installed the 43-metre shelter solution based on the popular Evo shelter design, successfully creating a visual and physical anchor to the bus stop as well as providing a safe, comfortable, and protective area for public transport users.

The new DDA compliant Moorabbin bus interchange follows vandal-resistant design principles and offers solar powered lighting and custom perforated mesh as well as protection from, and access to the rail infrastructure at the back.
