Spantech was contracted to design and construct a dome roof to cover two multipurpose sports courts at the St Andrews Lutheran College in Tallebudgera, Queensland.
As Principal Contractor on the project, Spantech’s scope of work encompassed the design and construction of the dome roof structure and ancillary works including stormwater system, lighting and electrical services, sports equipment, resurfacing the bitumen courts, and linemarking.
The sports court cover project was completed in seven weeks with the critical roof erection phase scheduled during the school holidays. The building was primarily funded with capital raised by the P&F.
