Spacepac Industries has been an industrial supplier in Wollongong is introducing a new work platform for lifting up to 250 kgs of load. The new work platform is able to handle much heavier loads as compared to cranes.
Type: WP-N work platform
The type WP-N work platform has been designed for forklift transport to safely carry out tasks of short duration and occasional usage such as maintenance, repair, cleaning or stock taking.
Manufactured strictly in accordance with Australian Standard AS 2359.1, the Type WP-N work platform is suitable for a maximum of two people.

- Load centre 600 mm
- Unit weight 110 kg
- Pocket size 160 mm x 60 mm
- Pocket centres 640 mm
- Horizontal centre of gravity 550 mm

The WP-N work platform is supplied standard as a Flatpack (1230 x 1150 x 200mm), or may be fully assembled upon request.
Spacepac Industries has advised that the use of a work platform on a forklift truck should not be considered if the capacity of that forklift is less than 1,800 kgs for a counterbalanced type or 1,080 kg for a straddle type forklift.
