Spacepac Industries has introduced a foldable step platform, a specially designed climbing solution for corrosion-prone environments in industries such as mining, chemical processing and food processing.
A corrosion resistant version of the platforms is now available at Spacepac Industries. Aluminium rungs have been replaced with fiberglass and other metal components have been replaced with 316 stainless steel.
The platform can be neatly folded and stored away. Lightweight and easy to move, single action set-up, comfortable, non-restrictive platform.
The foldable step platform is known for its sturdy, stainless steel platforms. Optional retractable stainless steel safety rail, spring-loaded castors and leveling legs are available at Spacepac.
The platforms have a modular build. All major components, front section, rear section, platforms, struts are bolted together so any piece can be easily replaced. Further, the lower splayed legs are riveted to the main section so they can be removed and replaced individually if damaged.
This foldable step platform is 100% Australian designed and manufactured. It complies with Australian standard for portable ladders ASNZS 1892.3 1996 150kg rating and US Standard ANSI 14.5 2003 250 lb rating.
All corrosion free foldable step platform have a load rating of 150kg while platform height may vary from 0.6m to 3.6m. Foot print measures 976 L x 756 W mm to 3495 L x 910 W mm.
