Smeg have recently introduced their Domino collection, a range of 30cm cook tops that can be customised to suit the domestic kitchen and allow users to cook their favourite foreign cuisines at home.

Each sleek stainless steel cook top in the Domino collection performs a specific task ranging from deep fryer to teppanyaki plate.

The stainless steel cook tops in the Smeg Domino range can be installed alongside already existing appliances, or, if renovating, the homeowner can select those cook tops from the range that suit their specific taste.

The Domino collection features seven different stainless steel cook tops, all of which measure 30cm wide.  Each cook top in the range comes equipped with both Classic and Linear control knobs that are easily interchangeable, making them compatible with Smeg’s other popular appliance collections.

The PGF30B stainless steel cook top is an indoor barbecue that features cast iron pan stands, a lava rock interior, 1800 watts of power and nine heat levels. The PGF30F is a deep fryer that boasts features including a removable 3.6 litre capacity tank, 2200 watts of power, a residual heat indicator and an overheating protection system.  The PGF30T Teppanyaki plate features two independent induction zones, five power levels and a quick start option.

The PGF321 stainless steel cook top, with nine power levers, provides the domestic kitchen with an extra source of energy. Other features include a residual heat indicator and power boost option. For those wanting to introduce an additional energy source to their kitchen there is the PGF32I dual zone induction cooktop, each zone with nine power levels, residual heat. Other cook tops in the range include the PGA32G dual burner gas hob, the PGA31G single burner gas hob; and the PGA32C ceramic hob.

The PGA31G is the most powerful gas burner available in the collection, as it contains two burners in one. The two burners carry out a simmer and a rapid burner function, and they can be used together or independently.
