Seeley International founder and Executive Chairman, Mr Frank Seeley AM has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Australian Gas Association (AGA).

Mr Seeley views his appointment as an opportunity to contribute at the highest level of the national not-for-profit industry association, which provides accredited product certification services across the gas, electrical and plumbing sectors.

Having worked alongside industry bodies such as the AGA to help in developing safer and more efficient gas heaters and cooking products, Mr Seeley now looks forward to contributing towards shaping the future direction of the Association.

Describing himself as an enthusiastic long-time advocate of using natural gas for heating and cooking, Mr Seeley said that Seeley International has developed a number of highly energy-efficient and award-winning products for household and business use. In his new role as Board Member of the AGA, he hopes to continue educating and campaigning about the many benefits of using natural gas as a clean-burning energy source.

AGA Managing Director and Chief Executive, Mr Chris Wealthy congratulated Mr Seeley on his election to the Board of Directors at its Annual General Meeting in Melbourne recently.

According to Mr Wealthy, Frank has a proven track record as an entrepreneur, innovator and businessman, which when combined with his extensive experience in the gas industry, makes him an asset to the Board.
