The new 501 Continuous Nogging Bracket, available from Rondo , gives Contractors the flexibility to choose the most appropriate size they need when having to install heavy duty timber noggings in stud walls.

Supplied in 2400mm lengths and in the same 0.75mm thickness as the Rondo Nogging Track – the ‘bracket’ can be used with 17mm plywood when wide timber noggings are required behind the plasterboard to support a variety of face fixed items (towel rails, hand rails and cupboards).

By supplying the product in 2400mm lengths, Rondo have provided Contractors with the flexibility to ensure any width of timber nogging can be secured properly by a purpose cut bracket which can be fabricated on site with two cuts of a drop saw; then, face fix the bracket to the flange of the stud and screw fix the nogging to the bracket from behind.
