The Platform Lift Company has installed three different lifts in the new four-storey Christian Dior Sydney flagship store.
Located on Castlereagh Street in Sydney CBD, the 12-room store has the MRL Vertical Passenger Lift by GMV, Italy; the Low Rise Wheelchair Vertical Platform Lift by Pollock, Ireland; and the Wheelchair Platform Lift manufactured by CAMA, Denmark, all installed by the Platform Lift Company.
Platform Lift Company director Andrew Skelton said, “It is fantastic that our work can be seen in such impeccable surroundings at Christian Dior’s magnificent building in Sydney.
“Our high standard of work at Christian Dior is for all to see. The standard of workmanship and finish had to be impeccable, perfect.”
The Sydney store has been designed to replicate Christian Dior’s renowned boutique on Paris’ Avenue Montaigne.
It was officially opened on January 31 by Christian Dior Couture CEO Sidney Toledano with Australian model Nicole Pollard, who is the new face of Dior.
The Platform Lift Company adds Christian Dior to numerous other high-profile clients including the Swarovski store in Sydney, Sydney Opera House, Bondi Icebergs, Reserve Bank of Australia, Hugo Boss Sloane Square, Hilton Hotel and Ferrari.
