Fire rated air grille

Intumescent fire resistant air grille suitable for use in fire rated doors for up to 3 hours. Easy to install, the intumescent material softens at high temperatures to complete seal the penetration and maintain fire resistance level of the door or wall.

Fire rated auto bolt

Latching mechanism for non-active leaf in Pyropanel fire rated door pairs. Fire rated for up to 4 hours, these auto bolts will securely hold the inactive leaf closed in the event of fire.

Fire rated roller latch

Latching mechanism for non-active leaf in Pyropanel fire rated single action or double action fire rated pair doorsets. Easy to install and fire rated up to 4 hours, this roller latch will secure the inactive in a closed position in the event of fire.

Fire rated intumescent smoke / fire seal

The Pyropanel PFS2003 intumescent smoke and fire seal for fire doors and hot smoke life safety can be rebated into the head and the edges of the door leaf or timber frame. Can be used in combination with the Life Safety door range.

Pyrosill

Aluminium fire rated floor mounted sill seal with silicone based seal to reduce smoke leakage. The Pyrosill is ideal for commercial and domestic applications that need a high quality smoke and acoustic seal.

Euroseal smoke seal

Integrated smoke seal that is protected within a rebate in either timber or steel door frames. This smoke seal has been fully tested for fire and acoustic performance as well as smoke leakage to AS1530.7. Ideal for unit entry doors, offices, schools, hospitals, factories and numerous other applications.

Fire rated vision panels

Fire rated vision panels using various types of glass to achieve up to 4 hours of fire rating in a range of applications such as schools, hospitals, factories or in buildings that require a clear line of sight through a fire door.

Fire rated meeting stiles

Pyropanel offers a range of meeting styles to suit single acting and double acting fire doors for fire ratings up to 4 hours.

  • Aluminium J-Section meeting stile with up to 4 hours fire rating
  • Aluminium rebated meeting stile with up to 4 hours fire rating
  • Aluminium bull nosed meeting stile with up to 3 hours fire rating
  • Square edged meeting stile with up to 1 hour fire rating
