Portable Partitions Australia recently supplied office partitions to an Adelaide-based real estate agent to help create a quieter environment at their workplace.

The successful real estate office faced an ongoing challenge of managing their noisy sales team while having to provide a positive and focused environment for the rest of their employees. PPA’s office partitions were sought to reduce sound transmission within the workplace. The brief also required the partitions to reflect the corporate colours of red, grey and white.

It was decided that a mix of fabric and polycarbonate panels would give a varied texture and bright modern finish. The red fabric panels also brought added functionality to the office partition since it could double up as a mobile pin-board.

Tony from Portable Partitions Australia and David Stockbridge, principal consultant for the client, worked together on the colour scheme that would balance the aesthetics and functionality. Since the specified colours were all available in PPA’s standard palette, the client was not charged anything for customisation. The customised portable partitions were also despatched within two days of the order.

David was very pleased with his online purchase, with the entire process from searching for suppliers to placing the order merely taking minutes. He said Tony introduced him to the PPA website that thoughtfully featured a video clearly explaining the product, following which they decided on the colour combinations and sizing to suit their needs.

In this particular instance, the client was also able to save hundreds of dollars by taking on a part of the assembly work. The room dividers were installed quickly by the client thanks to the clear instructions provided by PPA.
