A custom carpet from Ontera Modular Carpets Pty Ltd was installed in the refurbished library of the St Stephen’s School in Duncraig, WA.
As part of a vibrant refurbishment project, EIW Architects converted the existing Collinson Library at the school into a flexible, contemporary learning environment comprising of an open-plan resources area with adjoining break-out spaces and a new classroom extension with outdoor learning areas.
The architects combined organically shaped splashes of bright colour with a grey base tile that flawlessly joins together to form an impressive suburban ‘road map’, and applied those feature colours to the soft furnishings and cabinetwork.
The result is a contemporary facility that inspires students with its vibrant interior design.
