Custom designed Lilli 400 and 550 basins from OMVIVO were specified for a luxury apartment project in South Yarra, Melbourne.
Designed by Elenberg Fraser for developer Fridcorp, with interior design by Hecker Guthrie and ICON Construction Australia Pty Ltd serving as the builder, the prestigious Lilli development includes 139 luxury apartments over eight levels.
Omvivo’s Lilli 400 and 550 basins in solid surface white with charcoal softskin were installed in the apartments. Originally created for this particular development, the Lilli basins perfectly complement the contemporary design by architects Elenberg Fraser and interior designers Hecker Guthrie. The design collaboration between Omvivo and the Lilli development’s interior designers and developer was able to achieve a feature bathroom piece that would accentuate their overall design concepts within the wet space.
Exemplifying Hecker Guthrie’s interior vision, the Lilli basin provides a light filled sculptural feature for the bathrooms with its smooth curves and classic Omvivo solid surface.
Hamish Guthrie, Project Designer at Hecker Guthrie said, “The Lilli basin has a somewhat refined industrial aesthetic, sculptural form and a colour contrast that worked perfectly with the palette we had devised for the apartments. The quality of the basin was immediately evident to us.”
