OfficePace was engaged by safety application developer Sonder to source furniture for their Waterloo corporate office.

Sonder offers an innovative safety application that provides users with peace of mind by offering support and assistance regardless of location or situation. The app includes features such as ‘Track My Journey’ and ‘Check On Me’, and offers 24/7 local support over the phone and in person in addition to geolocation monitoring and alerts for local safety incidents.

For their Waterloo office, Sonder sought furniture that would fit their brief for a contemporary and distinctive industrial office design to match the business’ unique service offering.

OfficePace’s scope for the ground floor and mezzanine of Sonder’s Waterloo Corporate Office included workstations, task chairs and personal storage. OfficePace worked seamlessly with the design team at Project One to ensure the overall vision for the project was achieved.

The products supplied by OfficePace for the fitout comprised of Vectra electric workstations with Connect 30 screens, Dart task chairs and Ultimet mobile pedestals.

OfficePace had a deadline of only three weeks ahead of Christmas but the company was able to complete the delivery in less than the given time. OfficePace exceeded the client’s expectations on quality, budget and lead time with zero faults.
