Tactile ground surface indicators available from Novaproducts Global are designed to provide early warning of impending hazards or give directional guidance to visually impaired people in various public spaces.

Used for the orientation of pedestrians with vision impairment, Tacalert tactile ground surface indicators are installed in all public pedestrian locations such as stairways, ramps, escalators, railway platforms and all areas specified by the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1428.4, and the Building Code of Australia.

Tacalert individuals are ideal for retrofitting, and allow the surrounding floor surface to show between the tactile indicators for an architecturally superior appearance. Tacalert individuals are suitable for interior and exterior applications.

Available in square tiles, Tacalert PVE tactile indicators feature bevelled edges to allow for safe direct surface installation.
