Bellfort has partnered with Nolan Carpets on several projects including the Colin Street refurbishment, which aimed to create an efficient workspace along with a bright and vibrant commercial interior. Covering a total area of 1362sqm, the three-storey building at 62 Colin Street had a broad scope of refurbishment works including complete strip-out of ceilings, lighting, partitions, floors and toilets; a new suspended ceiling with lighting and emergency services; new floor coverings; new toilet sanitaryware, tiling, cubicles and stone benchtops; and painting of all internal surfaces.
