Prodema composite cladding was extensively used throughout the Boilerhouse student precinct project to provide identity and character to the building.

Located on the UWS Parramatta Campus, the Boilerhouse Precinct designed by Tanner Kibble Denton Architects features Prodema composite timber cladding to provide a warm complement to the rough brickwork of the walls.

New materials used in the adaptive reuse project – selected with due respect to the historical character of the setting – offer a durable palette for ongoing use, adding a layer of interpretation with contemporary concrete walls, granite paving and Prodema cladding in ProdEX Rustic colour.

The Boilerhouse Precinct on the UWS Parramatta Campus won the Premier’s Prize at the 2014 AIA NSW Architecture Awards.
