Using the latest in PV technology, these solar power tiles operate in a similar way to conventional photovoltaic panels, but the key difference is that the technology is integrated into the design.
The solarTILE has been purposely developed to operate effortlessly with Monier’s flat profiled concrete tiles. It offers an innovative green energy solution that is designed well and looks great.
Several pilot projects have been conducted in Western Australia and NSW, and in each case the builder wanted an energy efficient solution while maintaining the integrity of the building design, and solarTILE was able to provide this.
