New look Miele Center South Melbourne opens with double the impact

Miele Australia announces the opening of the refurbished and expanded Miele Center South Melbourne featuring a stylishly striking appearance. The showroom opening was attended by Miele’s Co-Proprietor and Joint Managing Director, Dr Reinhard Zinkann.

Spread over an area of 520 square metres, twice the original size, the newly refurbished South Melbourne Miele showroom represents an investment of more than $1.5 million, demonstrating the appliance brand’s commitment to the Australian market.

Making the most of its prime corner location in South Melbourne, the new Miele showroom features strong branding on the expansive exterior to reinforce its high visibility while the inside layout displays the Miele Australia appliance range, including the outstanding colour selection of the recently launched Generation 6000 range of cooking appliances.

Managing Director of Miele ANZ, Michael Jeanes comments that the expansion of the Miele Center South Melbourne is a testament to Miele’s commitment to Australia, the brand’s most successful subsidiary outside of Germany. Miele is confident the refurbishments will be welcomed by their increasing number of customers including homemakers, architects and specifiers as well as retail partners.

Miele has also introduced their innovative digital Kitchen Visualiser at the showroom that allows homeowners to actually build their own kitchen virtually.

The new Miele Center South Melbourne displays the Generation 6000 range of cooking appliances in new Mink, Obsidian Black and Brilliant White, as well as Miele’s signature CleanSteel finish; refrigeration appliances and dishwashers; and an impressive line-up of Miele’s floorcare and laundry appliances.

Miele’s Care Collection is also on display and available for purchase, presenting the perfect complement to Miele dishwashers and laundry appliances.

The Center’s Live Kitchen offers cooking appliance demonstrations to showcase the versatility, innovative features and comprehensive cooking possibilities facilitated by Miele cooking appliances.

The Miele Center South Melbourne is located at 206-210 Coventry Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, and operates from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
