Maxiply introduces the new MAXI-Film plywood range as a practical and aesthetic alternative to traditional form ply products.

Film face ply is the improved version of traditional form ply, and is a popular choice among architects and designers seeking an industrial design look for their furniture and interior joinery. Traditional form ply has a structurally rated Radiata plywood core, which does not present well visually in exposed joinery designs, with the low-grade core often showing large voids and veneer overlaps on the edge detail. Additionally, the film face is imprinted with the structural product certification rating.

The MAXI-Film plywood range from Maxiply has a high grade visually attractive birch core with clean unblemished edge layers.

Recommended for architectural joinery, furniture, wall panelling, ceiling panelling, acoustic panels, playground equipment and cabinetry, the MAXI-Film range of film-faced European birch plywood has a print-free quality phenolic film face; features Group 3 BCA Fire Certificate rating; and is available in a choice of 7 colours and timber finishes.

MAXI-Film plywood is available in a standard sheet size of 2440 X 1220mm with most colours available in 9mm, 12mm, 18mm and 24mm thicknesses.
