The Australian owned and operated Makinex has now entered the US market with its wide range of construction products.
The Sydney-headquartered Makinex has been designing and developing innovative construction equipment for the local market since 2004. Makinex has now successfully penetrated the US market with a focus on the rental and flooring industry.
Makinex’s launch was announced at the launch of operations and sales in North America in a strategic move towards growth at the American Rental Association (ARA) Rental Show in Orlando, Florida in early February 2014. The Rental Show brought thousands of delegates from across North America and was an ample opportunity for Makinex to network and source distributors.
Company Director Rory Kennard explains that revenue growth for the equipment rental industry in North America continues to be on the rise and Makinex intends to be a part of this growth story.
Makinex is also seeking new opportunities in the flooring market, where their mixing stations and jackhammer trolleys promise contractors and tradespeople a solution that increases productivity, saves physical effort and promotes safety. Makinex products also include powered hand trucks and dual pressure washers.
