When Redlands Shire Council decided to replace an existing masonry toilet block and change rooms for use by local skate park enthusiasts, they selected the Custom skillion roof, all-steel restroom from Landmark Products as the preferred option.
Designed for high usage during skate bowl events, the facility incorporates four Disabled Accessible cubicles and 2 Disabled Accessible showers, as well as an office, storage room, and 6000L water tank.
A central breezeway area allows internal access to the office and storage area and creates a passageway from the main road to the skate bowl area. Security gates on three external cubicles and on both ends of the breezeway and service duct incorporate decorative laser cut panel designs.
