An Eastern Suburbs real estate agent had a property on the rental market that just wasn’t moving. It was in an art deco apartment with an original 1920’s kitchen. Prospective tenants indicated they would be interested if there was a modern kitchen.  

The agent contacted Kitcheners Kitchens on a Wednesday to request a design and quote. Kitcheners Kitchens was able to visit the site that afternoon to measure and design the new kitchen. On Thursday morning the quote was submitted to the agent along with a plan and 3D drawings.

The quote was signed off on Friday, followed by a final site check on Saturday by the licensed installer. The kitchen was ordered on Monday, with a delivery   scheduled for Wednesday the same week.  The installation team removed the old kitchen and installed the new one, including the required electricals, plumbing and tiling. The kitchen was finished on Friday, that’s just 9 days from time of first enquiry. 

The unit was back on the market on Saturday and was tenanted within the week.
