Kingspan Insulated Panels, a global leader in the manufacture of innovative insulated panel systems and advanced insulation technologies, has launched its UltraTech Cleanroom Systems in Australia.

The range offers a suite of modular panels, doors, windows, hatches and interfaces that can be integrated to create bespoke cleanroom environments that meet the highest recognised industry standards.

UltraTech panels use the construction industry’s most advanced insulated core material, IPN-QuadCore. It is the only foam-based cleanroom panel system globally that is approved to FM4882 for use in smoke sensitive occupancies, making it ideal for use in high-specification cleanroom environments.

A high performance anti-bacterial coating, HYGIENEsafe, also actively inhibits the growth of bacteria, moulds, fungi and other microbes through a controlled release of silver ions. This provides continuous, long-lasting protection and hygiene where normal cleaning may not be guaranteed.

The range offers two systems that are manufactured in the United Kingdom. UltraTech Versatile is a flush, semi-flush or a combination system that provides design flexibility at a lower cost than traditional methods. It is a flexible and multi-integrated system, providing the option to specify the size, finish and configuration of cleanroom components.

UltraTech Precision is a conventional flush modular system for specialist applications, making it suitable for cleanrooms with distinct performance or compliance requirements. It is available with a choice of three insulated core materials.

As a modular system, UltraTech offers unrivalled design freedom and ease of installation. Components can be integrated to tailor aesthetics and performance for different rooms, without compromising air tightness or quality.

Kingspan also provides bespoke envelope design services with full technical service and support from concept to completion. This is backed by extensive global experience in cleanroom installation and service delivery.

“One of the most important considerations in an effective cleanroom environment is the quality and design of the cleanroom structure itself. The UltraTech Cleanroom Systems from Kingspan provide architects, specifiers and installers with high-end, versatile solutions to suit a range of specific projects requirements for cleanrooms in datacentres, laboratories, food manufacturing, semi-conductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries,” said Kieron Smith, Business Development Manager for Cleanroom Systems at Kingspan Insulated Panels.
