Keystone’s custom perforated panels installed on Pt. Leo Estate ceiling

    Keystone Linings

Perforated panels from Keystone Linings were customised for a ceiling installation at the Pt. Leo Estate in Victoria’s picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

Setting a new benchmark in Australian hospitality design, the 135-hectare Pt. Leo Estate features a cellar door and restaurant as well as a stunning sculpture park upon entry. Located just 90 minutes from Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport and 70 minutes from the CBD, the venue is designed for all food, wine and art lovers. Phil Wood, the New Zealand-born and raised chef will deliver the promised dining experience at the 110-seat restaurant, which features an open wood-fired kitchen.

A major design highlight of the Pt. Leo Estate venue is the unique ceiling in the restaurant designed by local architecture and interior design firm, Jolson. Keystone’s 12mm Key-Ply Eureka Ply custom perforated panels span around the extent of the ceiling, with each panel individually shaped to the curve of the building. The panels were finished onsite with a custom stain. The ceiling panels were installed by B.J. Mathers.
