Spacemaile folding screens from Kaynemaile™ are lockable security screens ideal for interior applications at retail malls, offices, libraries and schools. Combining low level security with great functionality, Spacemaile folding screens feature an operable screen system as well as stainless steel armatures that run the full width of the screen for a super low stack ratio.
For deterrence, Spacemaile screens use lockable posts combined with in-set floor sockets that allow the user to pre-set their locking position wherever they need it along the floor width.
Designed for extreme versatility, Spacemaile security screens can be used to section off areas or larger open areas depending on specific site requirements. These screens come with their own head track system and don’t rely on a bottom track.
The highly functional folding screens are offered in a wide colour range with high quality components to meet aesthetic objectives.
Spacemaile deterrent screens were recently installed in Sumner's new library and community hub Matuku Takotako: Sumner Centre in Christchurch. Designed by Athfield Architects, the two screens are used to divide areas of the library space and are lockable for added security without compromising visibility and airflow.
Shed 10 on Queens Wharf in Auckland chose Spacemaile folding screens to provide security and screening for the multi-functional event space and cruise ship terminal.
Spacemaile folding security screens are made from the same architectural mesh used in Kaynemaile’s exterior projects.
