Homestead freestanding wood heaters have a capacity up to 160 square metres and a weight of 146 kilograms. The height is 860 millimetres, depth 475 millimetres and width 654 millimetres. Corners are 75 millimetres and side walls are 350 millimetres, while rear walls are 175 millimetres.

Installation of Homestead freestanding wood heaters should be carried out by a professional as flue kits must be installed to Australian Standards AS 2918-1990. Thermal testing has been carried out by Flomet Super Single and decromesh flue surrounds half the circumference.
