ISM Objects presents their latest collaborations with leading Australian designers Keith Melbourne and bernabeifreeman.

ISM Objects is dedicated to producing lighting of exceptional quality and beauty. Led by Directors Celina Clarke and Simon Christopher, the company continues to support the best of Australian design and manufacturing with two new lights, Pail and Fragment.

Designed by noted Australian designer Keith Melbourne, the Pail is a range of contemporary pendant lights designed to complement a wide range of environments. Inspired by a traditional Japanese water bucket, Pail illustrates ISM’s synthesis of design and manufacture, combining the warm natural qualities of timber with the cool precision of laser cut aluminium.

Pail is available in two sizes and comes in a range of shade finishes, with contrasting timber ‘handle’ in natural finish or black stain, similar to the loose wood handle traditionally slotted through the top of the bucket.

ISM Objects’ ongoing collaboration with leading Australian designer bernabeifreeman has resulted in the Fragment range of wall lights.

The Fragment collection, which also includes pendants and table lights, now offers a wall light. Demonstrating ISM Objects’ unique application of materials and process, Fragment contrasts the light, delicate qualities of lace with the industrial effects of machine-punched metal.

With the light source tucked neatly behind the solid elements, Fragment balances luminescence with decorative shadow, creating a digitalised pattern reminiscent of lace fraying at the edges.
