Innoscreen, a bi-fold screening system from Innowood was specified for several luxury townhouses at The Pavilions, located in Freshwater, a beautiful beach suburb on the Sydney north shore. Innowood’s natural timber look bi-fold screens were installed on 14 townhouses at the residential project.

Innoscreen screening combines a natural timber look and feel with a contemporary design that is functional and highlights the clean lines of the natural sustainable finishes. Manufactured from wood waste utilising the latest composite timber recycling technology, Innoscreen plays its role in the prevention of global forest depletion by eliminating the need to cut down trees for new timber.

Speaking on behalf of the builder, project manager Alex Swiney described Innowood’s composite timber as a great new age alternative to timber that provides a real look and feel while having durable UV and weather resistance. He noted that the delivery team was efficient, safe and approachable, resulting in a successful project.

Innoscreen bi-fold screens offer fire performance properties such as self-extinguishing capability; moisture resistance; and assurance of durability with minimal maintenance. The screening system eliminates visible screws, nails or complex joinery, and is suitable for various commercial and residential interior applications.
