Innowood Australia Pty Ltd designed and installed its InnoDeck composite decking using a plastic connector concealed fixing system at an apartment building in Hurstville, Sydney.
The InnoDeck composite decking boards were installed with a hidden plastic connector, slotted into grooves along the sides of the boards and screw-fixed to joists or battens. The hidden biscuit connectors are designed to provide an attractive and very secure installation, without any ugly nail or screw holes.
InnoCoat was applied to the InnoDeck composite decking boards to provide a barefoot-friendly surface.
InnoDeck composite decking delivers several benefits. In addition to preventing rot and algae growth, it also significantly reduces the risk of slipping in wet conditions, thanks to the InnoCoat application.
