New digital printing systems from HP are delivering higher productivity for direct mail and transactional applications to help print service providers (PSPs) turn data into more relevant, higher-impact communications.

Targeting the estimated 981-billion page opportunity in the direct mail and transactional printing industry, HP’s new and enhanced digital printing solutions include inkjet and electrophotographic digital presses as well as high-speed mono and colour imprinting solutions.

Christopher Morgan, senior vice president, Graphics Solutions Business, HP explains that personalised direct mail and transactional printing offer PSPs an opportunity to achieve profitable growth by delivering more value to their clients.

He adds that HP’s new solutions help the PSPs take advantage of this expanding market by opening new revenue streams and lowering operational costs.

HP’s new digital printing solutions are already benefitting PSPs such as BMK, Communisis, Datam, Mail Print, One to One Digital Solutions and Oniya Shapira in terms of creating high-value transactional, transpromo and direct marketing materials, helping them increase productivity, add revenue opportunities and expand into new applications.
