With the aim of helping Print Service Providers (PSPs) maximise their profit potential, HP have devised an exhibit around the theme “Print Your Future” for drupa 2012.
The exhibit will feature a range of the company’s new digital printing and workflow solutions, financing options and business-development resources. It is set to run from May 3rd – 16th in Dusseldorf, Germany.
This exhibit reflects HP’s enduring commitment to PSP customers, “Our strongest-ever drupa portfolio will benefit customers for the print jobs they do today, and the those they want to do tomorrow,” explains Christopher Morgan, senior vice president, Graphics Solutions Business at HP.
The enormous HP 53,300 square foot (4,952 square metres) stand will be located in Hall 4 of Messe Düsseldorf. The stand will showcase a range of printing demonstrations throughout the course of the exhibition. PSP customers can expect to see demonstrations for general commercial, publishing, direct mail, photo specialty and publishing applications, among others.
HP will demonstrate a total of ten digital printing systems, which will ensure that PSP customers from a range of different fields benefit from the HP drupe exhibit.
Presses and printers from the HP Indigo, HP Inkjet Web Press, HP Scitex and HP Specialty Printing Systems product lines will be featured in end-to-end production workflows alongside HP partner software and finishing solutions.
HP’s range of server and software solutions from the HP Exstream, HP Hiflex and HP SmartStream portfolios will be on show.
Print output from real-life applications, such as supermarkets and bookstores, will also form part of the drupe exhibit so PSP customers can see what it is that each product creates so they may determine which printing product best suits their needs.
The exhibit will feature the HP Capture business-development program, which is comprised of a range of educational modules, business tools, market development activities and so forth.
HP’s leasing and life cycle asset-management services division will also form part of the exhibit. Here the company’s flexible range of payment options will be explained to PSP customers.
HP has also chosen to announce the winners of its worldwide Print Excellence Awards Program during drupa. Results will be announced during a celebration evening in their honour on May 3, and the winning entries will be available for view on the HP stand at drupa.
