    NSW HIA award winners announced

    Housing Industry Association

    The NRMA Insurance and HIA 2001 NSW Housing Awards have been announced, with Mullumbimby builder Bush Pavilions winning the major award, the NRMA Insurance Home of the Year, as well as the categories for Spec Home of the Year and Spec Homes over $160,000. Bush Pavilions will go on to represent NSW at the Australian Housing Awards in May 2002.

    Other awards were presented to:

    Mirvac Homes – Display Homes under $110,000

    Eden Brae Home – Display Homes under $140,000, Display Home of the Year

    Clarendon Homes – Display Homes under $170,000, Display Homes under $200,000

    Krslovic Homes – Display Homes over $200,000

    PL & RM Taylor Pty Ltd – Renovations and Additions under $80,000

    EBRA Constructions – Renovations/Additions Project under $180,000, Renovations/Additions Project under $120,000

    Greg Harris Constructions – Renovations/Additions Project of the Year, Renovations/Additions Project over $180,000

    B & C Design Construct Pty Ltd – Custom Built Home under $250,000, Most Innovative Use of Steel

    Toscan Homes – Custom Built Home of the Year, Custom Built Home under $750,000

    CJ Miller Constructions – Custom Built Homes over $750,000

    Tea Gardens Grange Pty Ltd – Specialised Accommodation of the Year

    Landcom with Jones Homes – Energy Efficient Home of the Year

    Australand Holdings Limited – High Density Project of the Year

    Burraneer Developments – Medium Density Project over 10 dwellings

    Chris Robson Property Developments – Small Lot Housing
