EarthWool noise control batts can be used for acoustic insulation in:
- exterior and interior walls
- floors
- crawlspaces; and
- a variety of ceiling applications.
Depending on the complexity and thickness of wall configuration, these acoustic batts can increase Rw ratings in wood stud construction by three to five points, and in metal stud construction by eight to ten points.
