Sage Hotel is a new boutique hotel opened by Singaporean developers Silver Needle in West Perth, Australia.

Designed as a modern, upscale hotel catering to business travellers, West Perth’s Sage Hotel was constructed by Cooper and Oxley, who utilised 86 Sync bathroom pods in four types for the guestrooms.

Aligned with the classy profile of the hotel, the bathrooms feature stone benchtops and mirrored vanities with LED strip lighting. The floor and wall finishes were upgraded to high quality Kerlite tiling, which come in large porcelain sheets and require less grouting, making surfaces easier to clean and more hygienic to fit the hospitality segment.

The use of bathroom pods from Sync by Hickory Group accelerated the build process by six weeks.

Sage is the first Sync hotel project to open in Perth, with another hotel development also underway in Perth using Sync bathrooms.

The hotel was designed by Oldfield Knott Architects with Banham Architects responsible for the interiors.
