The Hettich eServices app supports the customer from planning and designing to managing orders through easily accessible online tools.
Hettich home page
The Hettich app provides complete product information, enabling the user to view catalogues, magazines, instructions and videos online. The responsive design of the Hettich site allows users to view it on their smartphones and tablets too, enabling them to access this information anywhere.
Online catalogue
The online catalogue is a compilation of all data relevant to each Hettich product, allowing customers to easily and conveniently access detailed information on the entire range of products through rapid search functions and also order online anytime.
Each product in the catalogue comes complete with product description, technical information, price, accessories, videos, assembly instructions and drilling patterns.
The Hettich app also provides access to all catalogues, videos and installation instructions; products can be selected from the catalogues, placed directly in the online catalogue shopping basket and ordered straightaway.
Product configurator
A convenient way to collate and view the fittings needed, the ProDecor Configurator allows each user to visualise different design solutions at the click of the mouse.
HettCAD system
A CAD library of fittings integrated in the online catalogue, the HettCAD system allows customers to export over 50 different formats such as DWG, DXT, SAT and IGES and use them for their own CAD system.
