The design of Optus’ flagship store in Sydney outlines a space that provides a complete immersive and technologically advanced experience to engage customers.

As part of a national roll-out, Unita and Collectivus designed the Optus flagship store in Sydney to deliver an immersive experience with the help of over 120 million pixels, 1 million LEDs and 4x4m 8K TV screens that extend into the virtual reality world.

While the space is heavy on technology, it is complemented perfectly by an interweaving homely feel and comfortable breakout areas provide relaxed spaces to browse and compare products.

Havwoods Quantum was selected for the timber flooring and stairs, delivering warmth and establishing a connection to nature in a technology-rich environment.
