    GWA supplies bathroom and kitchen fittings to Melbourne’s MainPoint Apartments

    GWA Group  supplied a complete range of fittings and accessories for the kitchens and bathrooms at the landmark 43-level MainPoint Apartment complex in Melbourne. The project is being developed by the Central Equity Group, one of Melbourne’s largest property developers and property managers.

    The stylish 350-apartment building features well-appointed interiors throughout with beautifully designed kitchens and bathrooms. GWA Bathrooms and Kitchens supplied a full schedule of fittings including tapware, sinks, toilet suites and other bathroom accessories for the development. GWA’s market-leading water and energy efficient products would assist in meeting the sustainability ratings for the development.

    Ian Carkeek, General Manager - Product and Development at Central Equity explains that the GWA products not only suit their design concept but also achieves key practical and environmentally-sustainable requirements.

    GWA products used at the MainPoint Apartment complex:

    • Hansa Prado Neu sink and basin mixers in the kitchens and bathrooms
    • Caroma Liano semi-recessed vanity basins
    • Hansa Ecojet Neu 3 shower on rail
    • Stylus Venecia toilet suite
    Hansa Prado Neu mixers embody an attractive and high-quality design, which can be easily integrated in both modern and traditional bathroom and kitchen plans. The sink and basin mixers both deliver 4-star WELS ratings.

    The Caroma Liano semi-recessed basin has been paired with the Prado Neu mixer. Featuring an architectural minimalist style, the square basin incorporates a generous bowl area and a distinctive tapware platform.

    Hansa Ecojet Neu 3 shower on rail features three stream patterns and an integrated soap dish, achieving a 3-star WELS rating for water efficiency.

    Stylus Venecia toilet suite is a wall faced toilet suite that combines contemporary design and practicality, and achieves a 4-star WELS rating.
