The Cape Town growth story began in November 2013 when Flowcrete South Africa expanded their sales branch and opened a new warehouse and distribution facility. This focus on developing the region has paid off for the company with Flowcrete South Africa outgrowing the facility in less than three years.
Flowcrete’s Cape Town office has now moved next door to new premises double in size to accommodate a larger warehouse and office space. Operating out of Unit 6 & 7, 55 Manhattan Street, Boquinar Industrial Park, Cape Town, the new facility features a warehouse that can hold 170 pallets as opposed to 85 in the old warehouse, allowing Flowcrete South Africa to increase their stockholding capabilities in the region.
Flowcrete South Africa has also improved their stockholding efficiency through greater awareness of fast-moving products in Cape Town while ensuring these items are always in stock to prevent delivery delays.
The bigger office space includes a training room, where Flowcrete’s approved applicators can receive new product training and refresher courses.
