Flexshield Weldflex strip curtains were used by reputed movie director
James Cameron during the making of his submarine for his most recent
documentary ‘Deepsea Challenge’.
Compliant with Australian Standard AS3957, Flexshield Weldflex curtains
are made from 2mm thick red PVC material, six times thicker than traditional
0.35mm welding screens. The thicker construction overcomes many of the problems
associated with the 0.35mm traditional screens, by offering unmatched
resistance to tearing, burning or accidental damage.
Weldflex screens find application in engineering, workshops, welding
bays, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing welding bays, high schools, TAFE’s hot
works bays, manual arts welding booths, trade training centres and any facility

Weldflex curtains are available in both strip and sheet variants with
mounting options including standard track, sliding track, concertina welding screens
and mobile frames.
