The Fisher & Paykel display at the exhibition included two leading home living brands, Hettich and SmartStone in a move to encourage visitors to re-appraise their support for European kitchen appliance brands.
Fisher & Paykel’s premium appliance displays enabled visitors to interact with stunning state-of-the-art products in an array of contexts, including luxury apartment and outdoor spaces through to the ultimate dream kitchen environment.
The display included its award-winning Izona CoolDrawer, DishDrawers, pyrolytic ovens and cooktops in addition to a preview of Fisher & Paykel’s new products for 2011.
Fisher & Paykel’s high profile at the Good Food & Wine Show reflects the brand’s credentials as an emerging international leader in the upmarket cooking and cooling appliances market.
The premium Fisher & Paykel product offerings were complemented by the ‘Celebrity Theatre’ featuring some of Australia’s biggest name chefs including George Calombaris, Gary Mehigan, Matt Moran and Manu Feidel, who created dishes on their favourite Fisher & Paykel’s cooking appliances.
The Fisher & Paykel VIP lounge at the Good Food & Wine Show adjoining the Celebrity Theatre was designed by designer furniture and styling gurus Corporate Culture.
Explaining the reason behind featuring other brands, Fisher & Paykel General Manager of Marketing, Peter Russell says that the company wanted to present Melbourne’s home-living aesthetes with an image of absolute perfection. Consequently, Fisher & Paykel’s premium products were showcased alongside high quality kitchen bench-tops, cabinetry and storage solutions providers.
Hettich is a family-owned German company offering a wide range of customisable furniture hardware including storage, fittings and accessories.
Hettich’s display included soft-closing InnoTech drawers, the EASYS electronic push to open fittings and ‘Magic’ lighting for drawers and shelving systems.
