in Washing Machines in an independent Australian survey by Reader’s Digest.
Having won several awards on national as well as international platforms
for superior design and innovation, Fisher & Paykel has won the latest
honour for consumer trust. The reputed brand also won a Highly Commended award
in the Refrigeration and Dishwashing category.
According to Kara May, Marketing Manager for Fisher & Paykel,
Australia, with several brands vying for the customer’s attention, winning
their trust is incredibly important and a proud moment for the company. She
observes that the award is particularly relevant when it comes to household
appliances as people depend on them every single day and they need to trust a
product to deliver on its promises.
Kara May comments that Fisher & Paykel takes feedback from customers
and incorporates it into product development to ensure continuous improvement
in their appliances.
Now in its 13th year, the Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Brand awards are acknowledged
internationally as a reliable sign of a brand’s credibility. Reader’s Digest
commissioned leading market research company Catalyst Marketing & Research
to survey a representative sample of 2,414 Australian adults on their most
trusted brands in 46 categories.
