Two new cooking schools featuring custom kitchen appliances from Fisher & Paykel Appliances have recently opened in South Australia and Tasmania. The Bottega Rotolo Cooking School in Norwood and Bottega Rotolo Cooking School in Hobart are both extensions of the provider of the same name, founded in South Australia in 1995 by Rosalie Rotolo Hassan.

Fisher & Paykel General Manager Peter Russell says, “Bottega Rotolo is incredibly innovative and we are very enthusiastic about our association with the company which has a well-deserved reputation as a supplier of the very best quality food produce.”

“The people behind the two cooking schools are passionate about teaching people how to cook delicious meals with the very best ingredients. We see this as a positive relationship and good way to showcase our premium cooking appliances to people who really care about food.”

A range of Fisher & Paykel custom kitchen appliances have been installed at both cooking schools, including 76cm Paris ovens, award winning CoolDrawers, DishDrawers, VentSurfaces, as well as induction cooktops and the gas CookSurface for both electric and gas cooking options.

Rosalie’s business partner at Bottega Rotolo South Australia, Gwénaël Le Chenadec, believes the Fisher & Paykel cooking appliances enhance the cooking school’s credentials.

“There is no better way to showcase F&P’s premium cooking appliances than enabling Australia’s budding chefs and home-cooks to experience the enjoyment of using these advanced products for themselves,” says Mr. Russell about Fisher & Paykel’s impressive network of relationships with many leading schools around Australia.

“We choose schools that reflect Fisher & Paykel’s brand values. All the schools we have partnered with encourage a passion for cooking and strive for the best, while still remaining accessible to everybody.”

“Bottega Rotolo are incredibly passionate about food, and we are looking forward to a long association with these leaders and are so proud to have our appliances featured in these spaces,” adds Mr. Russell.
