Sprial concrete forming tubes from Ezytube

International leader in concrete column forming and development, Ezytube offer a range of concrete forming tubes, including the Ezytube Spiral Tube Form, a lightweight, strong tubing, suitable for forming typical pour in place round concrete columns.

The simplicity in Ezytube spiral concrete forming tubes comes in it's high burst strength at a very thin wall thickness. This results in a lightweight tube that is easy to cut and remove after concrete is poured.

Manufactured using a spiral winding technique, Ezytube spiral concrete forming tube can be constructed in a range of diameters, from 200mm to 990mm in 50mm intervals, and up to almost any transportable length.

This spiral manufacturing technique results in a slight, even spiral seam on the inside surface of the tube. After concrete is poured into the tube, the outer surface of the concrete column will show this spiral pattern.

The semi-flexible wall structure of Ezytube spiral concrete forming tubes mean that the tube wall is forgiving and has high resistance to impact. This allows the tube to spring back to shape if it is shifted out of it's round shape after transport or some other form of compression.

Easily cut with a knife, Ezytube spiral concrete forming tubes are also simple to cut for onsite projections and conduits, etc. There are also no electric power tools required, providing additional Occupational Health and Safety advantages.

Key benefits of Ezytube concrete forming tubes include:

    • safety
    • ease of use
    • improved productivity
    • lower skills requirements; and
    • high quality results.

    Frequently Asked Questions

The 3 largest Dia spiral tubes that we can make are 1200mm, 1100mm and 990mm dia. We can make larger diameter tubes up to any diameter that you want that can be transported on a wide load (say 3000mm dia) however this is only available in our plastic lined (class 2 finish) and not in the class 3 spiral finish. What dia and length do you require? Thanks for your enquiry.
