Elmich Australia offers a new paving solution combining two products for use over waterproof membranes.

Porcelain pavers are supported on VersiPave to create a complete paving solution that helps eliminate several installation problems, delivers high performance with low maintenance requirements, and offers a low cost, exceptionally strong surface.

Larger, stronger pavers also mean fewer VersiPave supports, as little as three supports per square metre, reducing overall cost.

The 20mm thick 600x600, non-porous porcelain pavers are available in a huge range of styles. Resistant to slips, stains, scratches and fading, the pavers can be installed on VersiPave without any sealant, adhesive, grout or grates, making them easy to install and remove.

Australian builders and specifiers prefer porcelain pavers on VersiPave supports for several practical, aesthetic and functional reasons. With no grates, grout or sealant, the paving solution delivers a premium finish. Additionally, the builder is able to eliminate ponding and efflorescence; ensure equal internal and external levels without step downs; provide concealed services and access to the membrane for maintenance; and also offer the assurance of low cost and low maintenance as well as reduced installation and lifetime costs.

Some of the recent VersiPave projects completed by Elmich Australia include Harold Park, Glebe - NSW (Mirvac); Top Ryde City Living - Crown Apartments - NSW (Crown); Punchbowl, Revolution Apartments - NSW (Deicorp); UTS Dr Chau Chak and Thomas Street - NSW (Lend Lease); Aged Care Facilities including Beecroft, The Poplars, Gracewood, Burger – NSW; Exxon Head Office - VIC (Schiavello); Kraft Head Office - VIC (Context); Monash University - VIC (ProBuild); Sheraton Hotel - QLD (Hutchinsons); and Festival Towers - QLD (Built)
