EBSA Pty Ltd was approached by the Crown Group to provide a solution for the operation of glass louvres in the common spaces of their Infinity project in Sydney. EBSA had earlier worked directly with Crown on a number of projects.

Working collaboratively with the consultants and the facade contractor (Micos), EBSA provided a solution keeping in mind that the failsafe function in fire mode was paramount to the operation of the louvres.

EBSA chose their CPS-M smoke control panels for this requirement as the panels could perform natural ventilation functions without compromising the need for failsafe operation.

These dedicated smoke control panels can connect directly to the BMS to provide the building manager control of the louvres for natural ventilation as well as vital feedback on the status of the system.
