Three custom colours from the Dulux Duratec Elements Weathered Steel range were applied on the exterior facade of the TLC Health Care Hub in Clifton Hill, Victoria to achieve the architect’s design vision.

Designed by Baldasso Cortese Architects, the aged care facility features distinctive, robust, mar-resistant and textured finishes that work together to create a clay terracotta look on all four sides of the building.

The vertical louvres on the facade were powdercoated by Capral Queensland, a Dulux Accredited Powder Coater, and the building was completed by Kane Constructions in August 2018.

The three custom colours are Duratec Elements Rojo, Duratec Elements Marron and Duratec Elements Naranja.
