DMF International has introduced a new range of high speed roll doors
for carwashes, designed to contain noise from the machinery as well as the
overspray.
DMF International has been manufacturing and installing high speed doors
for carwashes for several years in Australia and New Zealand.
Interlocked with the automated carwash system, DMF’s high speed carwash
doors will close automatically upon entry of the vehicle and reopen on
completion of the wash cycle, eliminating both noise and overspray issues.
High speed doors for carwashes feature door panels manufactured from
tough polyester reinforced flexible PVC, with a clear panel section, or an all
clear PVC panel to allow light transmission and better sound insulation. Options
also include PU foam core door blades for high noise reduction, based on the Efaflex
high speed door model.
DMF custom manufactures high speed doors to specific size and
application requirements in Sydney, using componentry designed for use in damp environments.
The doors may be mounted on the external or internal side of the opening into
the carwash.
